Mobas created a brand identity for Trumpington place, new housing development in Trumpington, Cambridge. Development – built by Carlton homes and sold by Tucker Gardner and Bidwells – requires a high standard of the brand to compete with several other new developments in the field.
Projects aimed at professionals and young families and represent quality and high specification to which the homes were built. Creative chosen consists of a brochure, hoarding, estimated and advertising and uses sharp and modern angles that are inspired by the architectural style of development – creating an abstract form that represents the "TP" Trumpington's place. Colors and font to compliment the modern appearance of modern development.
Trumpington place is exceptional, personal development, consisting of 13 modern houses with three floors, three bedrooms and a Home Office. Development is located on the corner of Addenbrookes road and Shelford road.
