Author local pens new book of history on the Bests of Chattanooga



The last edition in new imprint of legendary locals Arcadia Publishing is legendary inhabitants of Chattanooga, local author William F. Hull. Filled with an average of 180 images and a new design, this footprint centered on people focuses on merit to be published and notable individuals and groups who have built and shaped their communities.

Since its creation in 1816, Chattanooga has seen the emergence of many extraordinary citizens, including the reverend T. Leo Lambert has Ruby Falls to the public, while Tom Thumb Golf of Garnet Carter, first nation miniature golf course, became a part of its future attraction, Rock City. "Ancient Annie" Houston garnered one of the grandest collections of the country of the glassware in his barn on the side of the city.
